About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Service Delivery Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of services to our clients, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). You will play a key role in driving process improvements, managing client relationships, and supporting cross-functional teams across our European operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the delivery of all customer services, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and SLAs
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery, performance, and escalations
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Procurement, and Sales, to ensure seamless service execution and issue resolution
* Monitor and report on service performance metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, and customer feedback
* Oversee handover delivery for new clients and ensure the nLighten Customer Asset Database is accurate and synchronized with other financial tools
* Develop and implement service delivery processes, standards, and best practices in coordination with SDMs in other regions
* Manage risk and ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in data centers or industries with critical mechanical/electrical systems (e.g., Oil & Gas, offshore, maritime, or high-risk environments)
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot operational and technical issues
* Experience in customer management, activity planning, and reporting
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Fluency in English is required
