FM Conway is currently recruiting a Planning Coordinator to work within our Water and Drainage Management division. As our Planning Coordinator, you will organise the daily planning of scheduled and emergency drainage works such as gully cleansing, CCTV surveys, high-pressure water jetting and flood callouts. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our depot in Sleaford.
The duties of our Planning Coordinator will include:
- Planning and scheduling workloads for all cyclical and reactive crews
- Dealing with reactive emergency call outs
- Ensuring that all works are delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Creating the monthly payment application and updating with completed work
- Liaising with supervisors and work teams
What skills and experience do you need?
For this role, you will have excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer focus and good attention to detail. You must have experience using Microsoft Office, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
