What the Job Involves As an Investigating Manager, you will oversee and manage adult protection investigations and take a consultative role in the implementation of safeguarding strategies. This involves triaging referrals, setting action plans, and managing investigations within the council. You will advise on safeguarding matters, support colleague development, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Your role includes developing and maintaining effective relationships with partners and contributing to the strategic development of the service.
