We're working with a highly regarded CRM consultancy that partners with some of the most recognised brands in the market, acting as a true extension of their internal marketing and lifecycle teams.
With a strong reputation and a growing client base, they're now looking for a CRM Lead to join the team and take ownership of delivering high-impact, data-driven CRM programmes across a range of exciting clients.
The Role
You'll own and deliver end-to-end CRM and lifecycle initiatives across a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted partner to help improve customer engagement, lifecycle performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Develop and deliver multi-channel CRM strategies aligned to client objectives
2. Build and optimise lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app channels
3. Own campaign execution including segmentation, automation and personalisation
4. Lead customer experience and journey optimisation projects across the full lifecycle
5. Analyse performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights
