Our Bristol-based client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced People Partner to join their team. This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape people strategy across multiple business areas while driving organisational business plans and building leadership capability. As a People Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing key decisions that impact business growth and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with business teams to deliver strategic people outcomes and foster high-performance cultures
* Lead strategic people initiatives including career pathways, talent frameworks and succession planning
* Champion the integration of AI and emerging technologies into people practices
* Drive change management initiatives such as integration, restructuring and organisational transformation projects
* Develop and execute workforce planning strategies aligned with current and future business needs
* Support leadership through coaching, mentoring, and implementing professional development frameworks
* Lead recruitment and selection activities to attract and retain high-quality talent
* Direct engagement initiatives that strengthen connection to purpose and culture
What We're Looking For
* CIPD Level 5 minimum qualification
* Proven experience in strategic HR partnering and organisational design methodologies
* Expertise in change management and workforce planning
* Strong coaching and facilitation skills with leadership development focus
* Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Commercial mindset with proactive problem-solving approach
* Strong business acumen and ability to turn strategy into action
Location & Working Hours
This People Partner position is based in Bristol with a hybrid working model offering 3 days in office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote working. Core hours are 9am-5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week with flexibility available.
