Protocol Education is delighted to support a highly respected three-form entry primary school in Enfield with the appointment of a dedicated Year 1 teacher to join their Key Stage 1 team from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
6. Lead a Year 1 class, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
7. Plan and assess in line with EYFS transition and Year 1 curriculum expectations
8. Support pupils' academic and personal development during their crucial transition year
9. Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and promote a unified approach
10. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
11. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in EYFS and/or KS1
12. Strong understanding of early learning goals and phonics teaching
13. A nurturing and patient approach, with high expectations for all learners
14. The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
15. A reflective, forward-thinking mindset focused on continual improvement
