Join our team as a Paraplanner and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions. You’ll provide technical and analytical support to advisers, ensuring recommendations are well-researched, compliant, and aligned with client needs. 1. Preparing clear and compliant suitability reports tailored to client circumstances
2. Conducting research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
3. Analysing client data and risk profiles to inform advice strategies
4. Collaborating with advisers to refine recommendations and clarify client needs
5. Ensuring all advice meets FCA requirements and internal compliance standards
6. Supporting advisers with technical input and evidence-based solutions
7. Explaining our approach to financial advice and ensuring clients understand recommendations
8. Contributing to process improvements and maintaining high governance standards
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Experience in a paraplanning role producing accurate, compliant reports
10. Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
11. Awareness of FCA regulations, including COBS and Consumer Duty principles
12. Ability to interpret client data and communicate technical concepts clearly
13. Skilled in using financial planning tools and CRM systems (e.g., Intelligent Office)
14. Proven ability to build rapport with advisers and clients
15. Exposure to cashflow modelling and standard planning scenarios
16. Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent experience) is desirable
