Purpose of Role
We are recruiting for a Performance Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at the Princess Royal University Hospital in Orpington.
Job Description
This is a key role supporting the Performance Manager by monitoring performance, analysing maintenance data, and ensuring contractual obligations are achieved. You will take responsibility for reviewing SLA and KPI maintenance book data, identifying performance gaps, and producing clear reports and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Performance Manager with quality processes, performance monitoring and contractual reporting.
* Review and analyse SLA and KPI maintenance data, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
* Produce accurate and timely reports to support decision-making.
* Provide suggestions to improve day-to-day operational performance.
* Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure consistent communication and data accuracy.
* Support with CAFM system data management and reporting (experience desirable
Essential Qualifications/Skills
* Previous experience within a facilities or maintenance environment is essential.
* Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables and data analysis.
* Previous CAFM experience desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong data analysis skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Effective communication skills to engage with both colleagues and clients.
