As a Principal Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our tech division, working across high-growth sectors including Telecoms, Financial Services, and Aviation.

Location: Hybrid - Central Manchester office (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Competitive salary between £30,000 and £60,000 p.a., depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Recruitment Consultant:
Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients across a variety of tech-driven industries.
Source, engage, and place top talent in key areas including Data, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Software Development.
Take full ownership of the recruitment process - from business development through to offer management and post-placement care.
Collaborate closely with a driven, supportive team to exceed targets and contribute to collective success.
