As one of the areas finest restaurants, Vespers is located in the luxurious setting of the five-star Culloden Estate and Spa. Winner of Good Food Ireland’s Food Lover’s Choice Award 2024 and two Rosettes for Culinary Excellence in 2025, Vespers offers a gastronomic journey through Northern Ireland’s finest produce.
Supported by our Restaurant Manager, Robyn Cole, you will assist in providing day-to-day supervision of our food and beverage team. We want to help you to develop your skills and offer an extensive range of learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have worked in a high-quality hospitality environment and be able to support team members to achieve success whilst delivering an exceptional standard of service to our guests. You can expect to work 35 hours per week (excluding breaks), five shifts out of seven including weekends. As Restaurant Supervisor you should have a flexible approach.
This full-time position offers a salary of up to £25,480 per annum, paid weekly.
