Key responsibilities include planning exciting activities aligned with Banana Moon’s curriculum, the Early Learning and Development Programme. You will mentor and support your team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education. Qualifications and Skills Required
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
* Experience in a childcare setting, particularly in a supervisory or leadership role
* Proficient understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues
* Natural ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a collaborative environment
* Commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children
* Passion for enhancing children’s learning via play‑based approaches
* Organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources efficiently
