The postholder will take the lead on the development, maintenance and day‑to‑day management of key Pharmaceutical Quality and IM&T systems used within Aseptic Services.

Responsibilities
* Take the lead on the development, maintenance, and day‑to‑day management of key Pharmaceutical Quality and IM&T systems used within Aseptic Services.
* Manage and interpret quality data to produce documents and reports relating to deviations, out of specifications and errors for daily and monthly quality management system meetings.
* Compile data for the aseptic services capacity plan related to workload, error rates, overtime and sickness levels.
* Accurately input data onto external ordering systems to order outsourced pharmaceutical products.
* Manage and validate computer software programmes used by the aseptic services team and train the aseptic services operators on their functionality.
* Co‑ordinate and manage the day‑to‑day and long‑term functionality of the Q-Pulse quality management system.
* Develop, introduce and validate new processes and work streams within Q-Pulse.
* Maintain and monitor standard operating procedures for Q-Pulse.
* Provide training to all pharmacy personnel on the use of Q-Pulse.
* Advise pharmacy management team on the strategy for using the Q-Pulse system and attend the Q‑Pulse user group.
* Analyse complex data and generate reports from Aria, the chemotherapy prescribing system, manipulate the data for presentation at clinical and operational meetings.
* Print copies of patient prescriptions from Aria and identify the most appropriate production work stream.
* Allocate passwords for all pharmacy staff using the Aria system.
* Provide training for all pharmacy personnel on the functionality and efficient use of Aria.
