🚀 The Opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bid Writer to join a dynamic Work Winning team based in our London Paddington office. You’ll play a key role in producing winning bid responses, case studies, and project materials that stand out to clients and showcase our expertise.
In this role, you will:
* Develop clear, compelling written content for PQQs and Tenders.
* Collaborate closely with Bid Managers, Coordinators, and Technical teams to bring bids to life.
* Edit, proofread, and ensure submissions meet the highest standards.
* Help deliver exceptional, on-time tender documents that make an impact.

We’re seeking someone with:
* A background in writing or journalism, ideally with experience in construction or civil engineering.
* Strong written communication skills and the ability to tailor content to client needs.
* A collaborative mindset with the confidence to question assumptions, share ideas, and take initiative.
