Nursery Room Leader (Level 3) - 40 Hours per Week - Up to £28,200,
* Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room, ensuring ratio and compliance requirements are met
* Oversee planning and assessment, maintaining accurate learning records
* Act as Key Person for a group of children while supporting team members with theirs
* Monitor safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards within the room
* Provide guidance, feedback and informal supervision to practitioners
* Build professional relationships with parents, addressing queries and sharing progress updates

* Experience working as a Nursery Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and assessment requirements
* Confidence supervising staff and overseeing daily room operations
