Rate: £13.43 per hour (PAYE)

Location: High Wycombe
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Friday: 7am-12pm or 8am-1pm

What You’ll Be DoingAs a Production Operative, you’ll play a key part in bringing high‑performance water purification systems to life. Your role will include:
Assembling a full range of mechanical products
Fitting tubing with precision
Packing and documenting all products to company standards
Using your assembly background — electro/mechanical, mechanical, or production assemblyWhat We’re Looking ForThe ideal Production Operative will bring:
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of tools and assembly processes (no formal qualifications required!)
Good manual dexterity
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great attention to detail
