What will I be doing?
The role of Manufacturing Engineer will include the following (but not be limited to):
- Define complex composite manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with the product design specifications.
- Design manufacturing processes which demonstrate the necessary capacity and capability performance required to meet/exceed customer demand.
- Create and validate standard operating procedures, work instruction sheets, quality control points and methods of inspection.
- Ensure that effective plant, equipment and tooling strategies are in place.
- Create routes, bill of materials, master layouts, tooling requests, data sheets, condition of manufacture definition and associated drawings.
- Plan, drive and coordinate the activities contributing to the industrial product validation (methods, Purchasing, engineering etc).
