HOSPITALITY AND EVENTS MANAGER Join our dynamic Rose Court Events team as an Events and Hospitality Manager! We're seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee and elevate our event experiences. If you have a seamless event planning, exceptional customer service, and a flair for hospitality, we want to hear from you! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and execute diverse events, ensuring flawless logistics and memorable experiences. Manage all aspects of hospitality, from guest services to catering, to exceed expectations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences. Lead, train and motivate event staff, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team. Stay updated on industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our events. Handle event budgets, tracking expenses, and maximizing cost efficiencies. Implement and enforce safety and quality standards to uphold our brand reputation. To assist with rota management and labour costings in accordance with budgets. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience as an Events Operation Managers within catering industry A passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks. WHAT DO WE OFFER IN RETURN?
