As part of the dynamic team at a brand-new school, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education. You'll be working within a nurturing, child-centered environment that supports learning through play and exploration, based on the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging activities to promote all areas of child development.
Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Foster independence, creativity, and resilience in children.
Create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Sound understanding of the EYFS framework
A passion for supporting children's development and creating a positive impact.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan and implement creative learning experiences.
Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
