Social Media Manager - 12 Month FTC Wolverhampton (hybrid – 4 days onsite) Competitive Salary We’re thrilled to be partnering exclusively with one of our favourite full-service marketing agencies as they look for a social media superstar to join their team in a maternity cover contract for a minimum of 12 months. Ideally a full time role, there is the opportunity for a part time 4 day week for the right candidate. This is an agency that lives and breathes creativity. They work across a mix of B2B and consumer brands — from national names to bold challenger brands — delivering brilliant, integrated marketing campaigns that wow their clients. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be the social media heartbeat for one of the agency’s biggest clients (and a few other fab brands along the way). Expect every day to bring something new: Dreaming up scroll-stopping content ideas that make people pause, click, and engage. Building content calendars and campaigns that tell stories, spark conversations, and bring brands to life. Partnering with clients and creatives to plan, post, and perfect social activity across all major platforms. Tracking what’s working, what’s not, and using insights to make every campaign better than the last. Basically — you’ll live and breathe social, turning strategy into seriously good content. What we’re looking for: Solid experience running and growing social channels — an agency background is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker at all. A creative flair - someone who is keen to bring passion and creativity to every single campaign. A collaborative creative thinker, multitasker, and all-round good human.
