What you'll be doing: Supporting the implementation of change initiatives. Assisting with the quotation process through data collection and database management. Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Ensuring change processes comply with corporate standards and best practices. Tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects. Providing regular updates and reports on progress and outcomes. Identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation strategies. Collaborating with teams to support seamless implementation of changes. Maintaining file directory databases linked to quotations and change control, ensuring configuration control for documents and reports. Supporting all company and departmental activities to meet business objectives. Practising Kaizen principles, participating in continuous improvement and GEAR activities. Following departmental and role-specific procedures as defined in the Level III Procedure manual. Adhering to quality management standards (TS16949, ISO 9001:2014), safety policies, and regulatory requirements. Ensuring departmental compliance with ISO9001 and TISAX standards. Carrying out additional duties as assigned. What we're looking for: Minimum HNC/HND qualifications, with preference for Degree level in Engineering or Project Management. Understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to interpret engineering drawings (beneficial). Knowledge and experience of automotive product development processes (beneficial). Strong communication skills with professional presentation ability. Ability to organise and manage priorities effectively, with strong problem-solving techniques. Awareness of budget and financial management. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. MS Project expertise preferred. Experience in change and transformation within a manufacturing setting.
