Your Skills
* Qualified Solicitor with substantial Private Wealth experience
* Expertise in inheritance and succession planning, wills, trusts, Court of Protection
* Strong drafting and administrative skills

* Organised, time‑management, and proactive learning mindset
* IT proficiency and willingness to adopt new working methods
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with significant Private Wealth experience and leadership potential
* Ability to deliver high‑quality legal services with outstanding client care
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
* Positive, optimistic, hardworking, and can‑do attitude
* Team‑spirit and willingness to mentor junior members
* STEP qualification desirable; support available if required

Responsibilities
* Lead the private wealth practice, shaping strategy and service delivery
* Provide senior legal advice on inheritance, trusts, wills and private client matters

* Collaborate with design leads, finance, and other departments to drive profitable growth
* Represent the firm in client meetings and industry events
