About Our Nursery
Located in a lovely market town, Busy Bees Oxford Rockwell is rated Good by Ofsted and has a capacity of 93 children. Our friendly and passionate team is dedicated to providing the best start in life through playful teaching, responsive interactions, and engaging environments. Role Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Act as a Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
* Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
* Experience working with children under 5.
* Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
