E are currently recruiting for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a leading business specialising in industrial refrigeration systems. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with CO2 or large-scale refrigeration experience who are looking to transition into the industrial refrigeration sector, including ammonia-based systems.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your expertise within this specialist field.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on refrigeration systems
* Diagnosing and completing fault finding and repair work efficiently
* Servicing a range of industrial refrigeration equipment, including CO2 systems
* Working on large-scale refrigeration plant and associated controls
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
* Completing job reports and documentation accurately
* Providing a high level of customer service on-site
Requirements
* Proven experience working on large refrigeration systems
* Background in commercial or industrial refrigeration
* Experience with CO2 refrigeration systems (essential)
* Willingness to train and work with ammonia/industrial systems
* Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
* F-Gas certification
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
