A well-established and growing refurbishment contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to strengthen its Pre-Construction team due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of work.
The company specialises in planned maintenance, refurbishment and roofing programmes for local authorities and housing associations across London and the South East.
The Role
* Leading and preparing competitive tenders for social housing refurbishment projects
* Pricing planned maintenance and capital works programmes
* Managing subcontractor enquiries and supplier pricing
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
* Identifying value engineering opportunities
* Working closely with the commercial and operational teams
About You
* Proven experience as an Estimator / Senior Estimator with a main contractor
* Strong background in social housing refurbishment or planned maintenance
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
* Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
