Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a dynamic hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, kitchen & Front of house operations, and team management within a pub/restaurant setting.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations and assist in managing staff in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure high standards of food safety and quality control are maintained
- Supervise Restaurant activities and support bartending service
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team for efficient service delivery
- Also able to contribute to kitchen service/ability to perform in high pressure environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent organisational skills to coordinate operations smoothly
- Ordering and Stock Maintenance/Rotation is essential
