Summary: Responsible for maintaining and repairing Xerox Production Printers, with basic skills in resolving networking and operating system issues.
Purpose: Working remotely, you will resolve hardware and software issues, liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction, and managing workload and costs according to business targets.
Scope:
* Deliver technical service to customers as directed by the business or line manager.
* Maintain internal relationships with line managers and scheduling teams.
* Maintain external relationships with customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Service, repair, retrofit, and maintain Xerox High Volume Production Printers.
* Install and deinstall Xerox Production Printers.
* Escalate technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
* Identify and communicate additional business opportunities.
* Share technical information proactively with colleagues.
* Manage customer relationships to maximize satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
* Experience in a field-based service role.
* Proficiency in English.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Electrical skills or qualification.
* Ability to use diagnostic tools, such as multimeters.
* Customer-focused attitude.
* Knowledge of computers, networks, data communication, and color theory.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
