The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters.
• Advising clients on divorce and separation.
• Handling financial remedy and matrimonial finance matters.
• Dealing with private children law cases.
• Advising on cohabitation and relationship disputes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting the development and promotion of the Family Department.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.

• Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in private family law.
• Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of family matters.
