What you’ll do on a typical day:
Oversee benefits administration undertaken by Central teams – managing SLA’s, addressing issues, assessing trends and ensuring our internal teams are kept up to date on changes
* Manage relationships with external suppliers – escalate issues, monitor benefit usage and spend on both contractual and voluntary benefits including healthcare, cars, risk benefits, recognition suppliers and system providers.
* Continue the great work we do on MyBenefits engagement and communication – designing and delivering campaigns for new and existing benefits including posters, emails, newsletters, events etc.
What you need to succeed at:
Proven experience in benefits or reward administration or HR operations, ideally within a medium to large organisation
* Familiarity with benefits platforms and HR systems Darwin, Success Factors)
* Highly confident working with different stakeholders at all levels within our business
* A confident problem-solver who can think creatively, challenge the norm, and suggest process improvements to make things run more efficiently.
