Role: HR Projects Lead
Contract: 9-month FTC
Location: 1 day per month in the office (London/Surrey), remainder remote
Salary: c£85,000
Alexander Lloyd is supporting a UK-based Insurance organisation in recruiting an HR Projects Lead for an initial 9-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple HR projects simultaneously, including but not limited to:
* SMCR
* Compensation and Benefits review
* HRIS harmonisation
* HR strategy for growth
* HR Regulations
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional, preferably from a financial services background to understand SMCR, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
We are looking for someone who can start ASAP, with a notice period of 4 weeks or less.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of SMCR
* Experience leading HR projects
* Full HR Generalist background
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and effectively
* Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
* Experience shaping HR functions for growth
* Able to start on short notice
The organisation offers a flexible hybrid working approach, requiring approximately 1 day in the office per month, with flexibility as needed.
The salary is up to £85,000, DOE.
