Brigade Electronics, a global market leader in reversing safety and all-round visibility for commercial vehicles, is seeking a hands-on Product Marketing & Campaigns Lead to lead global product launches and manage high-impact, omni-channel marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products and solutions reach international audiences with clarity, consistency, and impact. You will collaborate closely with product management, sales, regional marketing teams, distribution partners, and external agencies to bring our marketing vision to life.
The Role
* Own and deliver global product launches from concept through to completion.
* Develop and implement quarterly omni-channel campaigns and industry-specific mini campaigns.
* Create high-quality marketing materials including adverts, videos, landing pages, brochures, and case studies.
* Line manage the Product Marketing Executive and oversee product marketing and campaign budgets.
* Support subsidiaries and global sales teams with aligned brand assets and go-to-market resources.
* Produce engaging content for websites, email communications, and social media channels.
* Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Campaigns & Product Launches
* Lead global product launch plans and product-focused campaigns.
* Deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing programmes aligned to strategic objectives.
Marketing Leadership & Collaboration
* Support the Group Marketing Director across all areas of the marketing mix.
* Partner with regional marketing teams to deliver consistent, scalable activity.
* Contribute to the Group Marketing leadership team and support wider strategy development.
Insight & Strategy
* Manage competitor and market intelligence programmes.
* Improve marketing systems, tools, and processes to enhance performance.
* Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reach, and commercial impact.
Content & Digital Support
* Produce and provide content for digital channels including web and email.
* Support the creation of compelling social media content that drives engagement.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Marketing degree or CIM qualification.
* Proven experience delivering international marketing programmes.
* Strong background in social media marketing and leveraging AI tools.
* Experience working with product management and engineering teams.
* Excellent project management, communication, and organisational skills.
* Creative, innovative, proactive, and results-focused.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
* Flexible attitude, including willingness to work beyond standard hours when required.
* Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
* Experience managing and developing teams.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to align daily execution to long-term goals.
* Skilled in conflict resolution, relationship management, and driving performance.
