Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Leasing Associates work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

In this BTR environment, youll be supporting a diverse community of residents, building long-term relationships and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they enquire through to move-in and beyond.
What youll be doing as a Leasing Associate
* Manage all new enquiries, viewings and the lettings process, including renewals.
* Manage the resident contracting process, ensuring compliance with all standards, legislation and Unite processes, controls and policies.
* Manage applicant checks, including referencing, ensuring that applicants are correctly screened and commercial risk managed.
* Undertake inspections of both occupied and vacant properties, to ensure apartments are maintained at the required standard, reporting breaches or maintenance issues.
* Manage Rightmove listings: Regularly monitor how many and for how long properties are online.
* Complete weekly competitor analysis on the local market.
* Prepare show homes for viewings.
* Support the ongoing function of the office and availability to residents by manning phones, lobby spaces and adopting different roles if required due to holiday cover.
* Organise and attend events held for residents.
* Act as a positive ambassador for the Unite Group offer at all available opportunities.
* Assist team members with ad hoc tasks where required.
