Care Worker – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join a warm and welcoming residential home supporting individuals with complex needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive environment where person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.
Shift patterns available:
* Morning shifts
* Afternoon shifts
* Evening shifts
Flexible full-time and part-time positions are available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality, person-centred care
* Supporting individuals with complex needs in daily activities
* Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
* Working as part of a caring and professional team
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (essential)
* Experience supporting individuals with complex needs
* A caring, patient, and reliable nature
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
