We are seeking an experienced Content Designer to drive the strategy and approach to content design for our Loyalty credit card programme across brands.
You will help develop thoughtful, intuitive and accessible content solutions for a range of product use cases and interactions – from onboarding and in-app education to transactional flows and push notifications.
Main Responsibilities:
* Designing content solutions that scale using solid information architecture methods and UI frameworks
* Auditing, analysing, structuring, creating and presenting compelling UX content throughout the product experience
* Partnering across product and research teams to drive content tests that measurably improve the customer experience
* Applying a holistic, customer-focussed approach to creating a cohesive content strategy for our loyalty programme across all product areas

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates their skills as a design thinker and honed UX writer with 6+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX writer or Content Strategist.
We are particularly interested in seeing examples of work you've done for Android and iOS apps.
