About The Role

If so, we’re looking for a HR Advisor to join our AskHR team here at EDF on a 12-month fixed term contract and would love to hear from you!
The work of our Employee Services team is critical to supporting the business, line managers and employees in all things HR. Within Employee Services, our AskHR team provide the HR face to the business and our AskHR services need to be delivered with passion and commitment, providing a consistently great customer experience, meeting all policy and compliance requirements.
As an AskHR Advisor, you will be part of a team providing first-class customer service to the business, being the first point of contact for all HR related queries via our Live Chat platform and email, supported by our ticketing system.
The team is responsible for the ownership and resolution of all general HR inquiries as well as offering accurate, effective, and relevant first-line HR policy advice to both employees and managers on topics like performance management, first-line grievance, Occupational Health and workplace wellbeing advice, sickness absence, and disciplinary procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an AskHR Advisor, you will manage live chat queries, collaborating with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure inquiries are resolved within SLA. You will promote self-service and coach users to utilize available tools effectively.
You will provide HR advice on policies and procedures, accurately document enquiry details, and manage HR data in line with Data Protection laws. Ensuring high accuracy and confidentiality in all communications is essential.
Occasionally, you may participate in projects across HR systems, processes, and procedures.

* Proficient in IT, with experience in data entry into database systems, high accuracy and typing speed.
