3. Improve performance through clear goals, regular feedback, and a focus on continuous improvement.
4. Champion customer outcomes, removing barriers, solving problems, and collaborating across teams to provide outstanding service.
5. Ensure compliance and governance are always met, with accurate documentation and reporting.
6. Welcome new ideas and foster a learning mindset.
