Job Description:
What are we looking for?
You will be responsible for creating demand for the area by securing a deep diagnostic of the brand, linked to Pet Ownership (PO) and healthy pet needs. You will use this to build the Area Brand strategy and effective Pet Owner programmes and (personalised) activation across all paid, owned, and earned touchpoints in the cluster, based on the Global and EU Brand Strategy and global programmes.
You will ensure that activation secures reach, conversion, and engagement with Pet owners, increasing brand awareness, equity, and long-term value, as well as short-term demand.
* Solid brand and marketing functional knowledge and experience, including brand & media strategy, portfolio activation, utilizing digital platforms & CRM
* Recent experience leading a marketing function for a major corporation
* Strong leadership, strategic agility, and ability to implement business strategies to gain competitive advantages
* Able to influence without authority
* Familiar with regional and global setups to drive market impact and deep consumer insights
* Experience working with multinational companies and in a matrix, collaborative environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Accountable for sustainable and profitable growth of the Royal Canin Brand through effective brand strategy and initiatives in a specific cluster
* Responsible for market diagnostics and building the annual integrated Brand Activation plan to secure reach, conversion, and engagement with Pet owners to increase long-term value
* Build communication strategies and deploy integrated marketing campaigns guided by the global brand framework
* Manage A&P budget and resources to optimize ROI
* Drive end-to-end direct engagement, conversion, and retention at the market level
* Collaborate with global and regional teams including Media, Content, CRM, and PO insights analysts for effective in-market brand activations
* Work closely with the Healthy portfolio lead to translate portfolio strategy into action
