Your responsibility:
* You will make an important contribution to high service quality by providing excellent technical support for our customers (specialist partners) for our products (inverters, EV chargers, heat pump etc.).
* You will support our customers with commissioning, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
* You are the contact person for ordering spare parts, warranty invoicing, replacement/returns.
* You will take part in trade fairs and assist with customer training.
* You will create and maintain the support documents.
Your profile:
* A graduate background in engineering/electronics.
* Over 2 years industry experience.
* Service-oriented, good communication skills, like to work with people.
* Fluent in English, Chinese or local language is preferred.
* Be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel.
* Driving license.
