About The Role
Location: Peterhead, Aberdeenshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The Equipment Logistics Coordinator supports the project delivery team with planning, forecasting, communication, schedule updates, and logistical arrangements to ensure smooth project operations.
About The Team
You will join a dedicated and skilled team, supported by our UK Head of Delivery, working on UK & European projects. You will collaborate with a committed Motive team that values growth, support, and a positive, values-driven environment.
Responsibilities
* People: Promote Motive's values, liaise with clients and third parties, participate in handovers, support Project Managers, and communicate with procurement and operational teams.
* Planet: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
* Product: Prepare import declarations, forecast equipment needs, maintain equipment status, coordinate logistics, develop customs documents, prepare project documentation, and conduct quality checks.
Required Skills / Knowledge
* Understanding of import/export regulations
* Experience in freight forwarding and import/export operations
* NVQ Business Administration or similar
* Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Attention to detail, multi-tasking, organization, and excellent communication skills
