Salary: £18,000 - 18,000 per year Requirements: Extensive experience in Digital / IT programme management delivery role Experience of financial management up to £15m per annum Proficiency in project and programme tools for scheduling, planning, RAID management, and resource tracking Experience in producing governance reports using structured data, with the ability to collate, evaluate, and interpret information from multiple sources Experience in developing business cases and ongoing financial management on large programmes PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent Ideally, SAP ERP programme experience Comfortable operating within a fast-paced programme environment Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operation of the ERP Programme from a financial and governance perspective Support finance tracking of the programme, including budget tracking and ensuring correct receipting of goods Assist Programme Director with governance cycle and reporting inputs Oversee production and quality assurance of portfolio and project reporting for senior stakeholders Manage RAID log, including conducting regular risk and issue management reviews Guide the programme through relevant stage gates and provide PMO assurance activity Assist with business case documentation and investment committee governance submissions Support onboarding of additional supplier resources and forecast resource needs Manage project change within agreed tolerances or escalate changes accordingly Technologies: ERP Support SAP More: At Thames Water, our purpose is crystal clear - to deliver lifes essential service so our customers, communities, and planet can thrive.
