Your new role
As an experienced Finance Business Partner, you will be reviewing and analysing business processes to achieve financial improvements across the business, including Asset Management and Compliance.
Reporting to the Senior Business Partner, you will support with building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified Accountant, with relevant experience in large, complex organisations, ideally within social housing or the Not-For-Profit sector. You will have a strong technical skill set and excellent communication skills, showcasing confidence when liaising with stakeholders across the organisation. You will be able to prioritise and manage a varied workload, in order to meet management reporting deadlines.
Extensive Asset Management experience (including Compliance) is essential. Oracle Financials or similar finance system knowledge is desirable.
