Benefits Parking or parking permit 20 days holiday increasing with service, plus Bank Holidays Membership to professional bodies/study support Varied calendar of social events What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Property Manager: Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to manage maintenance issues Maintain thorough and accurate database records Ensure properties comply with latest regulations/legislation Nurture and develop client relationships Required Skills and Qualifications of the Property Manager: Ideally currently working in a busy Property Management team First-class written and verbal communication skills Solution driven, with excellent time management Experience of delivering high levels of customer service Full UK Driving Licence and use of own car My client is offering an annual salary of £25,000-35,000 depending on experience.
