They’re now seeking to appoint a Head of Business Development / Head of Sales to play a strategic leadership role in shaping and driving their growth trajectory. This is a pivotal senior leadership position, with responsibility for leading the business development strategy, winning new clients, and building a high-performing sales function across the UK and Ireland. You’ll be supported by a Head of Bids and a highly capable M&E / MEP / HVAC focused Pre-Construction and Technical team, enabling you to focus on building relationships, winning new work, and scaling the business development function.
