What You'll Be Doing
1. Leading, managing, and motivating a team of self-employed Sales Executives, developing your team using your sales abilities.
2. Driving recruitment of self-employed Sales Representatives, Canvass Agents, and Area Canvass Leaders to meet set targets.
3. Providing training, coaching, and development to your sales team in line with company standards and policies.
4. Encouraging the team to generate leads through approved methods and managing leads from internal sources.
5. Ensuring the team presents the approved Finance presentation in accordance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
6. Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to meet business plans, sales targets, and maximize conversion rates.
7. Preparing and presenting regular sales reports.
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Manager exceeding targets.
2. Experience in Home Improvements or similar industries is preferred.
3. Experience recruiting self-employed Sales Professionals is advantageous.
4. Motivated with the ability to guide others to achieve targets.
5. Ability to meet deadlines in a targeted sales environment.
6. Excellent negotiation skills.
7. Experience with remote meetings and sales appointments is a plus.
8. Proactive and results-driven approach.
9. Flexible with workloads and hours.
10. High customer service standards.
11. Commitment to personal development.
12. Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
