An experienced Nursery Room Leader is now being sought by our clients in Henley on Thames, in their lovely Nursery. You will need to have experience in this role. Working 40 hrs a week salary is c£30k depending on experience, together with fantastic benefits with this lovely company.

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Room Leader Candidate
Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
