All for the benefit of every patient.**About the Role:**The Project Manager drives predictable delivery of strategic priorities by coordinating cross-functional work, providing strong operational management of project communications/reporting, and ensuring readiness from initial business case through launch and adoption. This role partners closely with Technology, Product, and Business stakeholders to provide clear plans, disciplined execution, transparent reporting, and strong governance across the highest-impact initiatives. Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.**Responsibilities*** Delivering outcomes consistently by building and maintaining integrated plans with milestones, dependencies, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions), and aligning clear owners across teams.* Support strategic priority planning by partnering in the Business Case process; coordinating inputs, surfacing tradeoffs early, and ensuring alignment on scope, outcomes, sequencing, and resourcing.* Provide disciplined reporting for top initiatives, including executive-ready status, progress against outcomes, delivery forecasts, and transparent escalation of risks and decisions.* Coordinate teams to ensure business readiness, operational preparation, go-to-market alignment, training, and launch execution to ensure solutions successfully reach and serve customers.* Own governance, reporting, and compliance requirements (financial tracking, approvals, documentation, and audit readiness), ensuring programs meet established controls and standards.**Requirements:*** Proven experience leading cross-functional programs/projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.* Strong planning and execution discipline: scope, schedule, resourcing, dependency management, and clear decision-making practices.* Ability to create simple, crisp executive communications (status, narrative, risks, asks) and facilitate effective forums.* Comfort operating in ambiguity and during organizational change; builds clarity by defining roles, expectations, and operating rhythms.* Experience coordinating launch readiness and go-to-market activities (enablement, operations, training, communications) in partnership with business owners.* Working knowledge of governance and financial/compliance expectations (budget tracking, approvals, documentation) with a high attention to detail.**We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
