The Warehouse Operative works directly with a client or group of clients in providing dedicated warehouse and operations support.
Essential Job Functions
1. Accurately and courteously load client merchandise.
2. Complete paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
3. Acts as contact with client on site and is available to the client for escalation when necessary.
4. Work closely with Crane Worldwide Operations teams and assist with coordinating freight movements.
5. Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution.
6. Ensure job files are created and all relevant information is captured.
7. Manage all client requests and follows up to ensure that client needs are met.
8. Responsible for managing client reports and assuring accuracy.
9. Supervise loading and unloading by external white glove teams.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
11. Stand or sit for long periods of time.
12. Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
13. Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.
14. Ability to drive a forklift and become certified by Crane Worldwide.

15. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
16. Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
17. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
18. Balances individual responsibilities.
19. Consistently at work and on time.
Education and Experience
20. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
21. Three years related experience preferred.
22. Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
23. Must be forklift certified.
