Role Overview
As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. You will assist employees and clients with troubleshooting, installations, and IT system maintenance while gaining hands-on experience in IT support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
2. Troubleshooting and resolving IT problems via phone, email, and remote access tools
3. Setting up and configuring computers, printers, and other peripherals
4. Assisting with user account management, password resets, and system access requests
5. Installing and updating software applications and ensuring system security compliance
6. Supporting office networks, including Wi-Fi, routers, and basic networking troubleshooting
7. Maintaining IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and asset inventory
