Overview
Supports the IngramSpark International Business Development function by contributing to sales activity and account engagement across priority international regions. The Inside Sales Representative helps drive unit sales growth and revenue performance through structured outreach, lead follow-up, and consistent pipeline support. Builds and maintains relationships with international authors, publishers, affiliates, associations, joint venture partners, and distribution partners by assisting with onboarding, providing product information, and supporting ongoing account needs. Works cross-functionally with customer support, marketing, distribution, finance, and analytics to align sales activity with international commercial priorities and optimize overall market performance. Success is measured by contribution to unit volume and revenue growth, title, account activation, and pipeline progression across assigned international markets. This role is based in Milton Keynes, UK.
