We are looking for a skilled professional to provide high-intensity interventions, including trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), if appropriately trained and accredited. This role is offered on a full-time locum basis for an initial 12 weeks, with a view to extension. What you will do: Conduct assessments and deliver psychological interventions to individuals who have experienced sexual trauma. Provide high-intensity trauma-focused CBT and EMDR (if accredited). Liaise with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team setting. Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records. Supervise, support, and lead other team members as necessary. Engage in regular professional development and supervision sessions.
