The Position and Role:
We are seeking a 1st class dynamic, motivated & dedicated Sous chef with the ambition to be the Head Chef.
Previous experience in quality/ fine dining restaurants & correct work permits is essential. Applicants must have a passion for food and the ambition to progress. The restaurant will enable the correct candidate to show and develop their skills in a professional yet friendly working environment. You must be interested in using modern cooking techniques, highest quality ingredients and equipment.
